Running is the greatest battle of your mind.
STEP 1
Run your best, hard, forget technique. And Add these ankle weight routines because the neccesacy muscle groups required to keep you safe, you don’t have. So it will be paramoiut for you to build upon them as you’re training. Increasing your mind muscle connection so you don’t mess up your form while you run.
STEP 2
Now it’s time to focus on HOW you lift. Play a sport and learn a new technique. Focusing on Grace and your movements being fluid. This is much harder than it seems. To be relaxed and POWERFUL is an EXTREMELY difficult task.
STEP 3
Put it all together. It’s that simple. Run, play your sport, use medium to light weights and repeat. What you will find is that, as you run faster, participate in your sport harder, the weights become so irrelevant and you will be forcing your body into staying young while expanding and growing your mind.
